In 1956 Physicist Said CO2 Causes Climate Change

Who knew Al Gore didn't invent man made global warming created by greenhouse gases as part of a scheme to destroy America and mach himself and a few greedy scientists rich?  Well, Scientists back in the 1950's knew, that's who.  When Al Gore was 8 years old this news recording was made demonstrating a John Hopkin's physicist, Gilbert Plass, was already speaking out about global warming as a result of industrial activity.  Here's a GE radio show explaining Plass' research:

Climate Change in Oklahoma

Senator Inhofe of Oklahoma had himself a big ol time last winter when he derided global warming warnings during the famous DC snowstorm. His grandchildren made an igloo and the family put out the quip that it was Al Gore's New Home. Inhofe believes we're heading for another little ice age, plus, "God's still up there." Meaning that the Senator's catbird seat in life is assured; a snowstorm is all you'll ever need to discredit Al Gore, that and a dollop of Michael Crichton.

A few items from the recent news and a note to readers - "weather" and "climate" doesn't just affect your city, state or country. Open your eyes and smell the GLOBAL warming happening all around you.

Please follow me over the fold. I've tried to take a look at five or six current and very recent events that I think foretell the consequences of the sequence of inconvenient truths that await us, our children and their children after them if we cannot find the political and organizational will to enact major measures slow and then halt global warming as soon as possible.

Yes I will get to the fraudulent claims that global denialists have been pushing that our planet has actually cooled since 1998 and will continue to cool for years to come.
